• The type of request (for example: “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”)

   “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”

In your email, please include:

• Your full name
• The email address and/or phone number you used with our Services
• Whether you have an account, are a Club member, School student, or website visitor
• A clear statement that you are exercising your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information

4. Our response timeline

When you submit a request:

• We will confirm receipt within ten days (usually by email)
• We will respond to your request within forty-five days
• If we need more time (up to an additional forty-five days), we will let you know the reason and expected timeline

We may ask for more information to verify your identity before completing the request. This is to protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized access.

5. Authorized agents

You may choose to have an authorized agent submit a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” request on your behalf.

If you do this, we may require:

• Proof that the agent is authorized to act for you (for example, a signed permission document), and
• Verification of your identity, so we know the request is legitimate

6. No discrimination

If you exercise your right to opt out of sale or sharing, we will not:

• Deny you access to our basic Services
• Charge you different prices or rates solely because you used this right
• Provide a lower level of quality just because you opted out
