Online school and training portals, including the edu.fuse.school platform
Membership areas, communities, webinars, and networking activities
The Services are operated by Fuse Service CSN Inc. (“Fuse Service Club, School & Network,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Description of Services
The Fuse Service CSN Inc. platform provides:
Online courses, exam preparation, and training materials
Membership programs and content libraries
Live and recorded webinars, events, and workshops
Community and networking opportunities with other operators and professionals
Tools, templates, checklists, and guides for home services businesses
The Services are educational and informational. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You are responsible for how you use the information provided through our platform in your business.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
If we believe your account is being misused, compromised, or used in violation of these Terms, we may suspend or terminate it.
3. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
Payments for courses, memberships, and events are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
All payments for courses, memberships, and event registrations are final and non-refundable. We do not provide full, partial, or prorated refunds for unused membership periods, missed course sessions, or event nonattendance, except where required by applicable law.
By purchasing a subscription or course, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account or by contacting us at info@fuse.club.
All purchases of courses and digital materials are final and non-transferable. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits, except as required by law. If you have trouble accessing your course or materials, contact support and we will help resolve the issue.
We may offer refunds at our sole discretion, but we are not obligated to do so.
Prices and plans may change in the future. If we change pricing for an active subscription, we will notify you in advance and give you the option to cancel.
4. Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Share your account access or login details with people outside your organization without permission
Copy, redistribute, or resell our courses, videos, templates, PDFs, or other content without our written consent
Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringes another person’s rights
Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of our websites or platforms
Use bots, scraping tools, or similar automated methods to access the Services or collect data
Use the Services to harass, spam, or mislead other users
We may remove content that we consider inappropriate or in violation of these Terms. We are not obligated to monitor all content but reserve the right to review and moderate it as needed.
5. Educational Content and No Guarantees
Our courses, materials, community discussions, and online sessions are designed to help you improve your skills and grow your business. However:
We do not guarantee specific results, revenue levels, exam outcomes, or business growth.
All examples, case studies, and metrics are for illustration only. They do not guarantee that you will achieve the same results.
Regulatory and licensing requirements may change. You are responsible for checking the most current rules from official sources, such as state licensing boards, EPA, or OSHA.
Any decisions you make for your business based on our content are your own.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise noted:
All content on the platform, including videos, scripts, slides, PDFs, text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by Fuse Service CSN Inc. or its content partners and is protected by copyright and other laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal or internal business use while your account or membership is active.
You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, resell, translate, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent, except where we explicitly allow downloads and reuse, such as certain checklists and templates for internal use.
You may not remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
7. User Content and Community Areas

By posting or uploading content, you:
Confirm that you have the right to share that content
Grant Fuse Service CSN Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, store, reproduce, and adapt your content for operating and improving the Services, such as showing your post in a forum or using anonymized examples in training
We may remove content that we consider inappropriate or in violation of these Terms. We are not obligated to monitor all content but reserve the right to review and moderate it as needed.

Our platforms may integrate with or link to third-party tools and services, such as:
Payment processors, including Stripe
Learning management systems, including Moodle
Analytics tools
External resources, videos, or documents
These third parties are not controlled by us. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. You should read their terms and privacy policies before using their services.
9. Communications and SMS Terms
We may contact you about your purchases, membership, courses, or requests using the contact information you provide. Providing a phone number or accepting these Terms does not, by itself, enroll you in marketing text messages.
If you separately select the optional SMS marketing checkbox on one of our forms, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from Fuse Service CSN Inc. about courses, Fuse Club membership, events, special offers, and related updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase or membership. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

This SMS program is intended for individuals aged 18 or older. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Disclaimers
The Services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content.
We do not promise that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services during the twelve months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold Fuse Service CSN Inc. and its owners, employees, and partners harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, unless we agree in writing to another method of resolution. You agree to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will:
