Friday, October 23 — Daikin Manufacturing Facility Tour
Meeting Point and Group Departure to the Daikin Facility
I am responsible for arriving on time at the designated meeting point at the partner hotel. All attendees must travel together to the Daikin Texas Technology Park in Waller, Texas (Houston area), using the transportation arranged by the organizers. For safety and access-control reasons, independent arrival at the Daikin facility is not permitted.
If I arrive after the scheduled departure time, I understand that I will not be able to join the factory tour. The organizers cannot delay the group’s departure, arrange alternative transportation, or accommodate late or independent arrival at the facility.
The exact meeting location, departure time, and transportation instructions will be communicated before the event.
TOUR GUIDELINES
For safety and compliance, open-toe shoes and heels are not permitted. All attendees must wear closed-toe shoes.
Refrain from wearing shorts, loose clothing, skirts, leggings, athletic pants, tank tops, sheer or low-cut tops, ripped pants, hoodies with the hood up, or sleeveless shirts in operational areas.
No exposed jewelry (watches, rings, bracelets, etc.).
No cameras, including cell phone cameras.
Cell phone use is not permitted during the tour.
Smoking is prohibited except in designated smoking areas.
Safety glasses and safety shoes must be worn in all operational areas (protective toe caps are provided for visitors for short-term use only).
Please remain with your tour group at all times.
Do not touch any equipment or machinery during the factory tour.
Wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) for each area or activity as instructed.
Stay within designated pedestrian walkways in all operational areas.
If your hair is longer than shoulder length, it must be tied up above the shoulders while in operational areas.
Mobile devices may only be used while standing or sitting in a safe location (never while in a moving vehicle).
All visitors and contractors must wear a visitor safety vest at all times while in Daikin operational areas.
