Terms and Conditions – Fuse Service: Club, School, Network Website (fuse.club)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fuse Service Club, School & Network online platforms (the “Services”), including:

  • Websites such as on https://fuse.club, edu.fuse.school, and related landing pages or promotional sites
  • Online school and training portals (including Moodle-based platforms)
  • Membership areas, communities, webinars, and networking activities

The Services are operated by Fuse Service Inc. (“Fuse Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Please note: these Terms apply to our Club, School & Network online platforms. Terms related to in-home services, installations, repairs, and construction work are covered by the main Fuse Service Terms and Conditions available on fuseservice.com.

  1. Description of Services

The Fuse Service: Club, School & Network platform provides:

  • Online courses, exam prep, and training materials
  • Membership programs and content libraries
  • Live and recorded webinars, events, and workshops
  • Community and networking opportunities with other operators and professionals
  • Tools, templates, checklists, and guides for home services businesses

The Services are educational and informational. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advisory services. You are responsible for how you use any information from our platform in your business.

  1. Eligibility and Accounts
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
  • If we believe your account is being misused, compromised, or used in violation of these Terms, we may suspend or terminate it.
  1. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
  • Payments for courses, memberships, and events are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
  • By purchasing a subscription or course, you authorize us (and our payment provider) to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
  • Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, unless you cancel before the renewal date.

  • Unless otherwise stated on the checkout page, all fees are non-refundable. We may offer refunds or credits at our sole discretion, but we are not obligated to do so.
  • Prices and plans may change in the future. If we change pricing for an active subscription, we will notify you in advance and give you the option to cancel.
  1. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in line with these rules:

You must not:

  • Share your account access or login details with people outside your organization without permission
  • Copy, redistribute, or resell our courses, videos, templates, or other content without our written consent
  • Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringing on others’ rights
  • Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of our websites or platforms
  • Use bots, scraping tools, or similar automated methods to access the Services or collect data
  • Use the Services to harass, spam, or mislead other users

We may remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts if we believe these rules are being violated.

  1. Educational Content and No Guarantees

Our courses, materials, and community discussions are designed to help you improve your skills and grow your business. However:

  • We do not guarantee specific results, revenue levels, exam outcomes, or business growth.
  • All examples, case studies, and metrics are for illustration only. They do not guarantee that you will achieve the same results.
  • Regulatory and licensing requirements may change. You are responsible for checking the most current rules from official sources (for example, state licensing boards, EPA, OSHA, or other regulators).
  • Any decisions you make for your business based on our content are your own responsibility.
  1. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted:

  • All content on the platform, including videos, scripts, slides, PDFs, text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by Fuse Service Inc. or its content partners and is protected by copyright and other laws.
  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal or internal business use while your account or membership is active.
  • You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, translate, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent, except where we explicitly allow downloads and reuse (for example, certain checklists and templates for internal use).
  • You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
  1. User Content and Community Areas

Some parts of the Services may allow you to post or upload content (for example, forum posts, comments, assignments, or feedback).

By posting or uploading content, you:

  • Confirm that you have the right to share that content
  • Grant Fuse Service a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, store, reproduce, and adapt your content for operating and improving the Services (for example, showing your post in a forum or anonymized examples in training)

We may remove user content that we consider inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms. We are not obligated to monitor all content but reserve the right to review and moderate as needed.

  1. Third-Party Tools and Links

Our platforms may integrate or link to third-party tools and services, such as:

  • Payment processors (Stripe)
  • Learning management systems (Moodle)
  • Analytics tools
  • External resources, videos, or documents

These third parties are not controlled by us. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. You should read their terms and privacy policies before using their services.

  1. SMS, Email, and Other Communications

By providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you about:

  • Your account, subscriptions, and course progress
  • Important service updates or policy changes
  • Relevant educational or promotional content related to Fuse Service: Club, School & Network

  • If you tick the checkbox in a form to opt in, you consent to receive text messages from Fuse Service Inc.
  • Standard messaging rates may apply.
  • Message frequency may vary.
  • You can unsubscribe at any time by replying “STOP”; for help, reply “HELP”.

Information obtained for SMS communications will not be sold to third parties.

The Services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We do not make guarantees or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content.
  • We do not promise that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities.
  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Fuse Service Inc. and its owners, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services during the twelve months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Fuse Service Inc., its owners, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, unless we agree in writing to another method of resolution. You agree to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

  • We will post the updated version on our websites; and
  • We will update the “Effective date” at the top of this page

If the changes are material, we may also notify you by email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Services after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
