About the Conference
On November 22, 2025, Fuse Club hosted its second business conference in Santa Clara. The event brought together approximately 50 entrepreneurs, business leaders, and experts working in the U.S. home services industry.
The central theme of the conference was the transition from addressing immediate business challenges to building a sustainable growth strategy. Participants discussed HVAC business development, tax changes, artificial intelligence, seasonal demand management, and entrepreneurial leadership.

The conference opened with remarks from Ruslan Khusniyarov, CBDO of Fuse Service and CEO of Fuse Franchising. He introduced the main topics of the program and outlined the key challenges and opportunities facing businesses in the home services industry.
Participants gained practical insights into preparing HVAC companies for growth, planning for upcoming tax changes, and using artificial intelligence to improve sales performance.

Following the business sessions, attendees joined a tour of the Fuse Service office, where they learned more about the company’s operations, workplace organization, and internal processes.
The second half of the conference included two networking sessions focused on entrepreneurial leadership and mindset.
These sessions gave participants an opportunity to discuss management challenges, exchange practical experience, connect with other industry professionals, and build new business relationships.
